1. Processing Time

All Ready-To-SHIP orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery TIMES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. At the moment, we ONLY offer a flat rate & tracked shipping.

1-3 days UK shipping 

1-2 weeks EU AND International Shipping 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to THE majority of countries. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT IN THE SHIPPING LIST AT CHECKOUT, PLEASE EMAIL US AT HOWEVERALESSIA@GMAIL.COM AND WE WILL SEE IF WE CAN SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY, AND IF SO WE WILL ADD IT TO THE LIST.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Howeveralessia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Howeveralessia is not liable for any products that has been damaged or lost during shipping. If you order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
